Standard shipping is free on all orders. Once you check out, you’ll see an estimated delivery date. For most in-stock items, it’s usually just a few business days. If you’re in a rush, we often have express or next-day delivery options available for a small fee.

Absolutely. If the item is in stock at our local branches, it’s usually ready for pickup within an hour. Just wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before you head over!

 

You’ll just need your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you’ve asked a friend to pick it up for you, make sure you’ve listed them as the “pickup contact” during checkout so they don’t run into any trouble.

We want you to love your new gear. If you don’t, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s in its original condition with all the packaging.

Yes, it has an IP68 rating. This means it can handle being submerged in up to 6 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. It’s great for peace of mind against spills and rain, though we don’t recommend taking it for a swim on purpose!

 

The iPhone 15 series uses USB-C, which is a universal standard. If you have older “Lightning” cables, you’ll need a USB-C cable or an adapter. The good news? You can now use the same cable for your iPhone, Mac, and iPad.
